Different stretches and movements for different areas of the body. These should all be caried out in a controlled enviornment. If unsure on how the movement is meant to be performed please get in touch.
All movements should be done with care and not on top of injury. If injured speak to a professional before doing them or book in for a session and I will be more than happy to go over them with you on a 1-1 or small group basis.
